400 Euros security deposit required against receipt on arrival and refunded on the day after departure time (after delivery of the keys and inspection of property). The rented property is to be returned in the condition it as been received. Failing to comply with this, and/or in case of damage of the property and/or its contents, the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
